Ranine Beaumont-Harvey has been selling property on the Gold Coast since 1981 and was number one sales person in Australia for Project Marketing for her activity in selling Bayview Harbour.
The entire complex was built by Ron McMaster OBE between 1984 and 1990 and Ranine was responsible for the sales of the units as Project Manager.
In 1988 Ranine made $33 million in sales. In todays money that would be over $183 million sales in just one year.
In one month only (February 2006) Ranine made $32M in land sales and also sold the most expensive residential land sale in Australian history at $9.65M
Ranine is currently selling new, resales and land and house packages in the Arundel and surrounding suburbs. Ranine has set and broken many sales records over her years in the industry. For Jeannine Farrell real estate comes naturally to her given that she grew up listening and learning the trade in the family’s successful business for the past 30 years.
With both parents having long successful careers in the property industry, Jeannine learnt at an early age to nurture relationships and build trust.

Ian is privileged to be the current husband of Landmark Sales Principal Ranine, and as such, does what he is told.
His experience includes General Manager of an importing and distribution company, General Manager of a major computer retailer and part owner of a Direct Mail Production Company in Sydney.
In addition, he has designed and written special application software for the automotive industry, internet based software for the professional conference industry and has authored 7 books on sales and personal development.
Now, thoroughly domesticated, he provides administrative duties for Landmark Sales and the occasional cup of tea.
